How big are the moving boxes?

We offer one size that’s perfect for most items, the dimensions are 27” long x 17” wide x 12” deep (approximately 2.5 cu ft).

 How many boxes do I get and how much does it cost?

 Are labels and zip ties included with my order?

We can provide labels and zip ties to help you stay organized. Twenty labels and zip ties for only $5.00.

 Do you sanitize boxes between customers?

Yes, the boxes are cleaned and sanitized after every use.

How do moving box rentals work?

You can order online “https://trius-truck-centre.myshopify.com” or call us at 506-457-9000 to reserve. The boxes can be picked up at Trius Truck Centre at 639 Bishop Drive and then be returned when you are done your move.

 

When can I pick up the boxes?

Pick-up Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you can’t make that time frame, call us to make other arrangements. We can also deliver the boxes to you for a fee of $10.00 within Fredericton City limits or $20.00 outside city limits. https://trius-truck-centre.myshopify.com/pages/rental-delivery-zone We offer 24hr booking through our “https://trius-truck-centre.myshopify.com, please visit our booking page to create an order.

Can I keep the boxes longer?

Yes absolutely. Please call us and we will update your contract. Additional charges may apply. Please call to inquire or see pricing guide.

Can I drop off the boxes in another city?

No, unfortunately at this time they would need to be returned to Trius Truck Centre in Fredericton.

Can I get boxes delivered today?

Yes, for last minute moves we offer a rush delivery service for a $10.00 premium. As always there is no charge to pick them up at our location 639 Bishop Dr. in Fredericton.

What forms of payment does Trius accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

Do you require a deposit for the boxes?

There is a $50.00 refundable deposit.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel anytime before the scheduled pick up date.

 Can I change my dates?

Please let us know as soon as you know you’d like to make a change. We will do our best to accommodate you.
